As experts in lead shielding, mechanical transport, and control systems, IP Systems offers electron beam processing systems for the pharmaceutical, food processing, and biotechnology industries. These systems are typically used for the surface or bulk sterilization of components and product by controlled exposure to either E-beams or x-ray spectra. Other common applications of an E-beam system are the curing of coatings and adhesives, improving properties of plastics and fibers, and pollution abatement. We work closely with your process engineers to develop optimum solutions, including integrating your equipment, moving product through the E-beam chamber, ensuring safety and accessibility, radiation testing, and system validation.
IP Systems uses proven commercial suppliers of E-beam emitters, such as Advanced Electron Beam, in order to provide the optimum solution in low or high voltage guns, and E-beam or x-ray dosing. In our initial investigation we will provide an analytical assessment of your application, to ensure that the irradiation goals can be achieved.
